Warranty & Returns

Warranty

  • Gigabee warrants products against defects in workmanship and material for a period of 12months from the date of delivery.
  • Your sole remedy and Gigabee’s sole liability shall be for Gigabee, at its sole discretion, to either repair or replace the defective product at no charge.
  • This warranty is void if the product has been altered or damaged by accident, misuse or abuse.

RMA terms

  • It is customer’s sole responsibility to back up his/ her data. Before allowing any service from Gigabee, the customer must back up the data and remove any of the customer’s confidential, proprietary or personal information. Gigabee will not be liable for any damage, loss and exposure of confidential or private information or data contained in any product.
  • Before shipping any goods, buyer must contact the seller and follow the seller’s instructions.
  • In many cases the observed issues do not stem from a hardware failure and a support engineer can help troubleshoot them remotely.
  • RMA shipping from the buyer to the seller is on buyer expense.
  • Shipping back is on seller expense unless:
    • Warranty is void due to expiration or user damage.
    • RMA is found to be unjustified since hardware is in good working order.

Repair duration

  • Devices are normally inspected and repaired as soon as the unit arrives at the seller’s facility, it would take from one week up to one month depends on if there are parts available.

Repair service in cases where warranty does not apply

  • Warranty may be void due to expiration or user damage.

Service is provided at the following conditions:

  • Gigabee does not guarantee that it will be able to repair the product.
  • Replaced parts will be charged.
  • Shipment costs in both directions and taxes, if any, are covered by the buyer.
