We welcome enquiries from single-unit sample orders through to high-volume production runs. MOQ varies by product and customisation requirements — contact us for details specific to your project.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes. We offer full OEM branding (custom logo, packaging, documentation) and ODM customisation (modified I/O, OS preloading, bespoke hardware design). Our engineering team works with you from concept to production.
How long does sampling take?
Standard product samples are typically available within 3–7 business days. Custom ODM prototypes require longer lead times depending on complexity — we'll provide a clear timeline after your initial enquiry.
What certifications do your products carry?
Our products carry CE and RoHS certifications. Additional certifications (FCC, KC, etc.) may be available depending on the product and destination market — ask us when enquiring.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we currently ship to 30+ countries. We work with major international freight partners and can accommodate DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for most destinations.
